Collecting data via comments

Collecting data upon purchase
When you place an order with us, our third-party payment provider, FastSpring collects the information needed to process the order. We do not store any transactional details on our servers.

When you subscribe to our newsletters, we collect your name, email address and IP address. By confirming the subscription you give us consent to send you occasional development updates and marketing communications.
Collecting data when downloading assets from our sites
When you download assets, we collect your name, email address and IP address. To access the downloadable assets you give us consent to send you occasional development updates and marketing communications. This is also clearly outlined on the download form where you enter email an name.
Collecting data upon support inquiries
When you open a support ticket with us we will collect certain data to be able to respond to your inquiries. This data is stored by our service partner that provides the support platform, Freshdesk.
We do not collect any sensitive personal information.

Where we have your consent to do so (e.g. if you have subscribed to one of our e-mail lists or have otherwise indicated that you are interested in receiving offers or information from us), we may send you marketing communications about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. You can ‘opt-out’ of such communications if you would prefer not to receive them in the future.
If your e-mail address has changed and you would like to continue to receive our e-mails, you will need to access your account and update your e-mail address information in your account and sign-up again for e-mails that you want to receive.

Right to Rectification You may change your email address, password and other information for the Callouts Membership by editing them in your memberhsip account. If you find that any of the Personal Information we hold for you is incorrect or incomplete, you can contact our support using the contact details at the end of this policy. Please include as much detail as possible regarding the changes you wish to make, as this will help us in dealing with your request.
Your Right to Be Forgotten You can request that we delete your Callouts Membership account and any Personal Information we have collected from you by contacting our support using the contact details at the end of this policy. Please be aware that once deleted, your Callouts Membership account will no longer be accessible, or any order details for your software purchase cannot be restored so you should ensure that any software or downloadable content you wish to keep are backed up before proceeding.
If you continue to use our services/sites after deletion we will still need to store information such as your registration details of the software, IP address, the version of the software and operating system. This is needed to ensure that the software is used in accordance with the software license agreement.
Right to Restrict Processing You have the right to request that we restrict how we use your personal information.
Right to Object You have the right to object to the collection and use of your personal information at any time.
Right to Data Portability You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information in a legible and compatible format such as Excel or Word.
Right to Withdraw Consent You have the right to withdraw your consent for us to use your personal information to send marketing information to you. Each marketing email that we send you will include a link which you can follow to opt-out of future marketing.
