Hi, we’re SoftwareCasa Electronic Ecommerce Solutions (SoftwareCasa ECS SL.). Welcome to our privacy policy. This policy sets out how we handle personal information and applies across all of our businesses, including SoftwareCasa, Callouts, SuperStamps, and SuperCallouts (the Sites).

When we say ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘SoftwareCasa’ it’s because that’s who we are and we own and run the Sites. If we say ‘policy’ we’re talking about this privacy policy. If we say ‘user terms’ we’re talking about the rules for using each of the Sites. Take the time to read this policy because it forms a part of the user terms for each of our Sites. By using any of our Sites, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree to this policy we won’t take it personally, but please do not use our Sites.


What type of personal information do we collect? 

We collect certain personal information about visitors and users of our Sites. The most common types of information we collect are things like: name and email addresses. We do not directly collect any order information, this is handled by third parties that collect and store this data.

Collecting data via comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Collecting data upon purchase

When you place an order with us, our third-party payment provider, FastSpring collects the information needed to process the order. We do not store any transactional details on our servers.

Collecting data via email subscription

When you subscribe to our newsletters, we collect your name, email address and IP address. By confirming the subscription you give us consent to send you occasional development updates and marketing communications.

Collecting data when downloading assets from our sites

When you download assets, we collect your name, email address and IP address. To access the downloadable assets you give us consent to send you occasional development updates and marketing communications. This is also clearly outlined on the download form where you enter email an name.

Collecting data upon support inquiries

When you open a support ticket with us we will collect certain data to be able to respond to your inquiries. This data is stored by our service partner that provides the support platform, Freshdesk.

We do not collect any sensitive personal information.

How we collect personal information 

We may collect personal information directly when you provide it to us, automatically as you navigate through the Sites or through other people when you use services associated with the Sites.

When you provide personal information to us via the Sites you’re consenting to us collecting and using that information in line with this policy and the user terms of each of the Sites. We use a network of global subcontractors and service providers in order to ensure that we maintain the best possible service standards. Some of the subcontractors and service providers to whom we may disclose your personal information, like service providers who provide us with cloud storage solutions, are based outside Europe (in places like Asia and the US). In order to protect your information, we take care where possible to work with subcontractors and service providers who we believe maintain an high standard of data security compliance.

We will not rent or sell your personal information to others under any other circumstances.

 Data retention
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, your information is needed to provide you services, or as required to fulfill our legal obligations. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact our support using the contact details at the end of this policy. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.


How do we store your personal information?

We store personal information on secure servers that are managed by us and our service providers. Personal information that we store is subject to security and access controls, including username and password authentication and data encryption where appropriate.


How can you access your personal information?

You can access some of the information that we collect about you by logging in to your account ( You also have the right to make a request to access other information we hold about you and to request corrections of any errors in that information. You may also close the account you have with us for any of our Sites at any time, as well as request your data to be erased. Where we have your consent to do so (e.g. if you have subscribed to one of our e-mail lists or have otherwise indicated that you are interested in receiving offers or information from us), we may send you marketing communications about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. Your Rights in Relation to Your Personal Information

Please quote your name and email address. We would be grateful if you could also provide brief details of the information required as this will help us to accurately respond to your request. For the protection of all our customers, we will take all reasonable steps to confirm your identity before providing you with details of any Personal Information we may hold about you and we will aim to respond to such requests within 10 business days.

Right to Rectification You may change your email address, password and other information for the Callouts Membership by editing them in your memberhsip account. If you find that any of the Personal Information we hold for you is incorrect or incomplete, you can contact our support using the contact details at the end of this policy. Please include as much detail as possible regarding the changes you wish to make, as this will help us in dealing with your request.

Your Right to Be Forgotten You can request that we delete your Callouts Membership account and any Personal Information we have collected from you by contacting our support using the contact details at the end of this policy. Please be aware that once deleted, your Callouts Membership account will no longer be accessible, or any order details for your software purchase cannot be restored so you should ensure that any software or downloadable content you wish to keep are backed up before proceeding.

If you continue to use our services/sites after deletion we will still need to store information such as your registration details of the software, IP address, the version of the software and operating system. This is needed to ensure that the software is used in accordance with the software license agreement.

Right to Restrict Processing You have the right to request that we restrict how we use your personal information.

Right to Object You have the right to object to the collection and use of your personal information at any time.

Right to Data Portability You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information in a legible and compatible format such as Excel or Word.

Right to Withdraw Consent You have the right to withdraw your consent for us to use your personal information to send marketing information to you. Each marketing email that we send you will include a link which you can follow to opt-out of future marketing.

 Information about children
