I have problems downloading Bitdefender?

Solution
AOL and Yahoo email account may sometimes cause problems when downloading. You may need to copy and paste the download address over to the address field instead of going directly from the email.

Please follow these steps:

1. Delete any previously downloaded file on your computer.

2. Download your software by right-clicking the Download address below and choose Save Target As...

Make note of where you save the software.

Download Bitdefender v10 Standard here

Download Bitdefender v10 Pro Plus here

3. When the Download has finished - go to the location where you saved Bitdefender and double-click to start installation.

4. Follow the installation instructions on screen.

Your software should now be installed properly.
