How to use SnagIt on Citrix

SnagIt can be used on Citrix but there may be some limitations in functionality as SnagIt is not officially supported on this platform.

SnagIt should be able to capture the screen of applications in the Citrix window, however it will not capture the screen area outside of the Citrix window.
