After placing your order you will have received an email with your license and download instructions.

In the email you find the download information (see image below.) Normally you should use the 32bit installation. However if your computer is 64 bit make sure to use the 64 bit installation file. If this has not been provided contact support for the correct download link. You reach support at support@softwarecasa.com

Normally you would just need to click the version you want to download.

Some email providers such as AOL and Yahoo email accounts may sometimes cause problems when downloading. You may need to copy and paste the download address over to the address field instead of going directly from the email.

You may also experience problems if the download link is broken into two separate lines.

The download address should always end with .exe

If you experience these problems you must can copy and paste the entire download link over to the address window of your internet browser and press return (see image below.)

To Copy - select and press CTRL + C

To Paste - Press CTRL + V

After you have pasted it into the address field, press return and the download will start.

Choose Save As, not Run and take note of where you save BitDefender.

After the download is finished you can double-click the downloaded file and start installation.
