Number 1Please confirm in your order that you specifically  ordered the Backup CD  if not see Backup CD Not Received Download Only

Number 2The Backup CD is sent with ground shipping. Normal delivery time is approximately 5 - 10 working days.

But on rare occasions it can take longer especially during bank/public holidays.

Please allow a few more days and if you still have not received it contact us and re-confirm your full shipping address.
