An Artist's Studio

MultiBrush can not only be used to edit photos, but also to add various creative effects and even create a picture. The program includes Artistic Brushes — a set of tools for creative people: Oil Brush, Artistic Spray, Artistic Pencil, Felt-tip Marker, Chalk and others. With these wonderful tools, which mimic the work of actual brushes, you can decorate a photo, for example, by drawing an edge or adding some interesting detail, which will add zest to an image. You can even create a new image, made completely in oil or chalk.

Additional Features

The program is easy to use and learn, even for a novice to graphics programs. The toolbar contains two sets of brushes, the palettes help configure settings. It's possible to edit an image's channels, and work with layers (raster and artistic), which open up practically unlimited possibilities for editing digital photos. One of the most useful features of AKVIS MultiBrush is full control of the history of all actions through checkpoints which can be used to quickly return to any state of an image.

AKVIS MultiBrush 4.0

This photo-editing software from AKVIS was easy to download and install. I proceeded to print off the 4¼Mb, 54-page manual. When it was finished I was disappointed the photos were all black-and-white and there was no detail. I should have checked my print settings first.

I worked with AKVIS MultiBrush as a standalone product, as opposed to installing it as a plug-in to Photoshop and had a good time enhancing old photos with the easy-to-use tools. more...

AKVIS MultiBrush (formerly AKVIS Stamp) is a photo retouching software (with plug-in for Photoshop compatible graphics editors), that allows you to achieve similar results to the Photoshop Healing Brushes. It works much better than any standard cloning brush, since it automatically adjusts the clone touch-up area to the color range, texture and brightness of the target background. The results is an immediate and virtually undetectable touch-up. AKVIS MultiBrush can be used to easily remove scratches, wrinkles, skin imperfections and other flaws. You can achieve excellent results, quickly and easily.
