With Macro Magic™ Corporate Edition you can create shared macro lists and allow anyone running Macro Magic™ to easily utilize them. You can even control access to macro lists with our three levels of security. Using shared macro lists, you can centrally create and maintain macros on a single server or across a set of servers and distribute them to an entire workforce remotely by trained personnel. MagicKeys™ are small bits of text that Macro Magic can detect to launch your macro. For example, you can have Macro Magic type your email address for you every time you type the word "email1". Macro Magic allows you to create Windows Shortcuts to launch your macros. Using Windows Shortcuts, you can use the Windows Task Scheduler to schedule your macros. Macro Magic also provides automatic triggers. These include launching your macro whenever a certain window appears, and launching your macro after your computer has been idle for a specified amount of time. Macro Magic's powerful organization features allow you to serve up your macros however you wish. Macro lists allow you to separate your macros into logical groups. You can set macro lists to become active when you begin working in certain applications, or you may manually switch macro lists at any time if you prefer. You may also setup individual macros to automatically enable or disable themselves depending on which programs are open on your computer. With Macro Magic, you have total control over when your macros are available.

Macro Magic serves up a variety of ways to execute your macros. Use Windows Shortcuts, have them automatically execute when certain windows appear, even execute them after your computer has been idle for a specified amount of time. Additionally, Macro Magic gives you the option to utilize either HotKeys or MagicKeys™.

HotKeys: These are specified key combinations you can use to run your macros. For example, you may have your macro execute by assigning it a HotKey of Ctrl+Shift+M, or maybe you want to use Ctrl+M. The choice is yours.
MagicKeys™: These are small bits of text that Macro Magic will watch for as you type. When Macro Magic detects this text it will execute the corresponding macro. For example, suppose you have a macro setup to type your email address for you. You can assign the word "email1" as a MagicKey™ so that everytime you type the word "email1", it will be replaced with your actual email address.
