    I DONALD BROYLES HAVE RECEIVED AND DOWNLOADED WITH ZERO PROBLEMS SYSTEM MECHANIC 4 .

    THE TRIAL PERIODS I HAD WERE VERY GENEROUS AND DECIDED I COULD NOT KEEP MY COMPUTER AT ERROR FREE LEVEL THAT YOUR SOFTWARE HAD ACCOMPLISHED.

    LIKE MOST, I ALSO DON’T HAVE THE TIME AS MY JOB REQUIRES MOST OF MY WAKING HOURS AND THE FEW I HAVE LEFT I DEVOTE TO MY FAMILY.

    Also, I would like you to know that before purchasing, I was impress by the order of the SoftwareCasa site, which was my cup of tea, and helped convincing me to go ahead purchasing the BitDefender, to give it a try, after so many years of being “addicted” to Norton.

    After restarting my computer I was able to install the program and it excepted the numbers everything is ok now.

    The profession I am in allows me to treat people that really don’t have a clue. But I can’t imagine dealing with dummies like me all day long.

    Thank you so much!!! I cannot live without snagit.

    I started using it in 1990 when I worked at Hewlett Packard. I was training tech illustrators and when they asked “how did you do that?” I would screen capture my process and lay it out in word.

    After that they all wanted to use snagit. Later I copied
    snagit.exe on a floppy to use at home!! Consequently my whole family is addicted.

    Snagit 8.0 is really improved from previous versions and is very user friendly.

    I am not a computer whiz but snagits on screen prompts make it very easy to use.

    I do love the program and was panicking. I didn’t want to lose what I had worked on.

    My only problem with the program is it is so easy, I am the one that tries to make it harder than it is.

    I have Flash8, but it is not user friendly. Thanks for responding so quickly.

    Your second message arrived completely.

    PM 8.5 is downloaded, installed en has repaired my external hard disk.

    The first partition appears to be unformatted but Partition Manager was working very fine.
