    Thank you. This is the most useful email I’ve received in a long time.

    I’ve been using SnagIt for years, so I never bothered to read the manual to learn about its new features. Your email opened my eyes.

    In my job, I build training manuals, create business diagrams, test applications and report bugs, build use cases, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and I will be able to use everything I learned today to enhance these outputs.

    I probably use SnagIt 10 to 20 times a day. Our technical writers use it almost all day long.

    Frankly, I’m blown away with the tricks SnagIt can do! For instance I had no idea I could record videos and sound with SnagIt. I’ve recommended SnagIt to so many colleagues I’ve lost count.

    For the most part they simply use the Region Capture > Clipboard > Paste to Word, and even that is amazing to them.

    At home, I use SnagIt to capture images from web sites, for shopping mostly, but I didn’t know I could capture links. That is so useful.
